Activities at Foteviken viking village

 

During your visit to Foteviken Viking Village you will experience what a Viking village might have looked like over 1000 years ago. In and outside the village you can try out lots of different activities throughout the day such as:

Try archery and axe throwing for young and old all day long.

Make your own jewelry. Cast a pendant in the forge and braid ribbons in the weaving hut and you'll have a beautiful necklace as a keepsake.

Mini-archaeologist, all children are welcome to dig for finds and artifacts.

Viking-era games on the playground outside the village.
